"This property fails to meet basic safety needs of tenants but charges rent like it’s a luxury spot. Cars get broken into more and more as the area gets developed but still no improved security measures. Happened to us twice now. Not to mention the crumbling stairs, lack of sidewalks, no salting in winter, glass on the ground for months (this is a serious ongoing problem), and delayed emergency maintenance. This property is poorly maintained and is getting worse. This is NOT a safe place for children or disabled people at all. Please keep your kids away from here. Also, the hot tub hasn’t worked in at least 3 years but they still advertise it. Edit: Good news: they started salting the walkways. Bad news: car break-ins have escalated to full on theft now."
"I just recently moved in here, and let me tell you it is the best decision I have made in a LONG time. We moved here because we needed more space and wanted to be more centrally located in the city. If you are someone who has had bad experience with apartment management, trust me when I say this is the place for you. Camelback is lucky to have someone like Jackson on their staff. From our first tour to moving in, he has been attentive, personable, and made sure we were satisfied with everything during the entire process. He is definitely one of the reasons we felt comfortable making the choice to live here. The apartment itself is exactly what we were looking for. Jackson heard our wants and found us the perfect unit with mountain views and TONS of windows - we couldn't be happier. They also care about the community as they host monthly events such as food trucks, bingo and trivia nights, as well as virtual offerings. The location is PERFECT as we are right by the highway and no more than a 15 minute drive to pretty much everything, including downtown. If you are thinking of moving here, let me be the first to tell you that you won't regret it."
"I’d like to publicly thank Ariel and Jackson for their most excellent communication during on-going repairs from a burst pipe and flood. Both took time to talk with me and help me understand the processes at each stage. They made sure I felt safe by covering a hole and went the extra mile to support with clean-up from contractors. In addition, Ariel has been understanding with me and my work schedule to support in others ways. I appreciate the accommodations and grace given by Weidner, Jackson, and Ariel. Thank you, Michele"
"Maintenance and the office staff are truly the only redeeming part of this place. The people who actually work here are outstanding but this company who runs this place is another story. For almost $2000 in rent a month (utilities not included) this place is not up to par. Loud neighbors, never getting peace on weekends with people doing car repairs right next to your window in the parking spaces. NO PARKING for the people who live here and pay. There are countless people taking up parking who don’t live here or have multiple cars and no way to enforce parking. I’ve seen other places number the spots so there’s at least accountability. It’s honestly ridiculous what you have to put up with for this “luxury price”. Have come home multiple times to drunk men urinating on residents cars and they do nothing about it. The security they claim to have is never seen and again, I live in a unit at the very entrance to the place and have to park in the literal back of the property in negative degree weather. I’d honestly consider spending your money at a different community."
"We lived at Camelback Pointe for a little over 3 years. Our favorite thing about living in our unit were the breathtaking views overlooking all of Colorado Springs. Our balcony was great for viewing fireworks on 4th of July. The current community director Julie has been phenomenal. We also appreciated receiving a brand new washer/dryer. Also when Julie began managing the community, there were noticeable improvements, such as initiating replacement of our older kitchen appliances to all brand new appliances. They’re trying to make improvements to the community, which I commend. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Camelback Pointe and would recommend to anyone."
