The Oasis Apartments

"I had a fantastic time living at the Oasis! The office staff was attentive and welcoming, and maintenance was always quick to respond and polite. The apartment complex itself is beautiful and well-kept, and it's a short drive to Manitou Springs, GoG, Old Colorado City, and it has easy access to i25. King Soopers and Fat Bee Cafe (the best boba place in the Springs) are also within walking distance. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. (The apartments are also bird friendly for any exotic bird owners who happen to be out there and apartment-hunting) Parking inside the complex is limited, but I never had an issue with street parking (and the street parking was actually a little closer to my unit than if I parked in the complex anyways). Safety was never an issue. I never experienced any major maintenance issues, and had no issues with pests. Overall, I recommend the Oasis if you're looking for apartments with a higher-end feel. A one-bedroom will cost around the $1600 range (which is pretty standard for a better-than-average apartment complex in the Springs, so it is what it is. At least it's not New York City prices). Shout out to Jack!"

"Stayed here for two years and learned that it's not the location or the views that make this place spectacular; it's the staff. No matter where you go, something will eventually go wrong and Maintenance will have to fix it. Greg, Jesus, and the rest of the Maintenance Team always went the extra mile to fix problems and keep this place running. -5°, snowing, and the heat went out and these guys ran a space heater out at 9PM while they worked on the hot water heater to get it back on. Same night and the problem was solved. Absolute heros."

"The Oasis Apartment Complex was a great location for close hikes in Garden of. the Gods. The two bedrooms are spacious with nice modern features. I love the higher ceilings and Jack and Jill bathroom with larger tub. Jack and Malik were always available for problem solving . Both are friendly, professional Staff members. The maintenance team are hardworking people available to assist in all areas of your repair needs. Parking was a bit challenging as is the traffic noise off Fillmore. Centrally located, easy access to 1/25."

"If I could give this complex 0 stars I 100% would. Claire is a nightmare to work with and very disrespectful. She has no regard for the residents and is the worst property manager I have ever come across. I have lived here since March of 2023, and have had nothing but issues the entire time I have lived here. My apartment has flooded twice (thank god for renters insurance), doors have fallen off the door hinges multiple times, I have had leaks from my ceilings, that took months to fix, and the solution was to just paint over the problem?? I have had no heat twice already, and on top of that now I have no heat or hot water going on 5 days now, we live in Colorado and its snow season....I've been in contact with Claire in regards to these issues and she has been terrible. The plumber was supposed to be at my house to change out my only year old water heater for a new one at 4 o'clock, it is now 6:44pm and I am being told they will not be here for another 60-65 minutes, I am expected to stay up on a Monday during my work week, with hopes that the issue will be resolved. Also let me add that Claire called me and stated that the warehouse for the plumbing company is closed, but I called them and they said they are 24 hours and so is the warehouse, supplies can be picked up at anytime. Claire rather lie to tenants to save extra money rather than deal with the issue accordingly. Claire is condescending and talks to residents like they are incompetent. My apartment is unlivable and has been for months. Thank god I have documented everything and thank god for cameras! If you do live here I recommend taking photos and documenting everything that goes wrong, because trust that they will screw you over every time. IRTLiving has been contacting and I am getting ready to talk to the State of Colorado in regards to all of these issues. Save your money and go elsewhere!!!!"

"The staff is so sweet and helpful! Maintenance especially, Jesus is beyond amazing and so helpful! This apartment is so friendly and has great units! Stunning views and location! I feel right at home moving here from Texas! The community is very warm and friendly! Love this place it truly is an oasis! My move in day didn’t go exactly as planned but the staff and maintenance and cleaners were so kind and worked hard! Very helpful and still are to certain repairs being made. Very friendly staff all the way around and very accommodating!"
