"The front desk ladies, Sherry and Mayra, were absolutely lovely and patient with my situation. The biggest issue (that deducted 1 star) is that the trash company is useless."

"5 star comments are paid for. Apartments would be better if not for the residents/people. Trash everywhere all the time, in hallways, kids screaming running through hallways, maintenance rigs fixes, guys drink outside day and night playing loud music, apts smell of cigarettes and some halls a faint smell of fentanyl, gun shots, “mentally ill”residents yelling to themselves or at children around the complex."

"Honestly, the leasing office has been very responsive whenever I needed help or had questions with just about anything related to the complex. They were very understanding, and were flexible with payment arrangements. Very thankful for the opportunities they've given me during my stay here."

"Just ended my one year lease with this apartment and left with a smile on my face! I left only because I wanted to have an in unit washer and dryer, otherwise I would have extended my lease for another year. Throughout my contract the office staff and their maintenance team was AMAZING! Special shout out to Mayra at the front who always greeted me by my name, always knew my apartment number, and provided high customer service! Also thanks to the property manager Sherry who also helped me out with everything so clear and professional! Love this place!"
