"The problems with facilities and maintenance have made living here horrible. The roach problem in the walls of the building never gets better no matter how many times we complain or ask for pest control. Often, nobody appears to come by. We have had paintings on the wall get infected with roaches in the living room, just cause it’s next to a hole in the wall that isn’t sealed. The plumbing has caused sewage to come from the bathtub and sinks. We have holes in the wall and sewage waste that was left by maintenance and nobody has bothered to help clean. We can’t flush the toilet or use the washer/dryer unit without having problems with sewage. The conditions here are not healthy or safe. If you’re considering moving here, just look at the roach that they painted over before selling us the unit. They don’t care and the problems only get worse from there."

"They must have been reported to the city again because City of Aurora staff came by to see if the maintenance had been done. They still have not despite reporting it at least 3 times. If the next time comes to renew the lease and I am paying more than 1300 per month, I can assure you, that they will be seen in a place they don't want to be."

"This is not a decent apartment to live in. They offer “deals and discounts” and say there’s a washer and dryer. The washer and dryer is a tiny combo that doesn’t even fit a blanket, there’s constantly extra fees and bills added to the rent every month, the windows are not insulated so you hear everything outside depending on where you are. The heat is not consistent, the water temp changes constantly, and there are porch pirates that live in every building that management does nothing about. This is not any place for a family, someone with a decent closet (or you have to wash clothes every single day and run up the water bill just to keep up). On top of that when we first moved in we kept losing power while using the stove and oven, which made us lose our food and electricians just told us “don’t use a bunch of power at once” and would take days to arrive. There are weekly texts about water being turned off, heat turned off and other “issues” that are constant. You don’t sleep if neighbors or the geese are loud. The apartments were advertised as “remodeled” but they didn’t even check to make sure the apartments could handle the new appliances, heat was right for water, or make it truly decent for people to want to renew their lease. If you see the price and think “oh it’s a deal” please think again. It’s not worth it."

"An absolute joke of a management team. Put in maintenance requests for a missing ceiling tile at least 4 or 5 times and they have yet to come fix it. Still yet to fix the AC unit from several maintenance requests put in during the summer and now the dishwasher is broken and they have yet to fix that as well. Not to mention the only way I got rid of Cockroaches was doing pest control myself. Violating my renter bill of rights and likely everyone else who rents here by refusing to have working plumbing, structural integrity, and sufficient pest control. Maybe the inspection today will show the city how terrible this management team is and they will be forced to get themselves checked for violations. If you want an easy lawsuit against some landlords, rent here."

"I've had people try to steal my vehicles and steal things out of the back of my truck there are lights by the parking lots however they're never on. We do get charged a common area fee for keeping the lights on and keeping the area clean the problem is the lights are not on in night time and then I send the maintenance request and they tell me it's fixed. However the lights are still not on but yet we get charged for the "common area.""
