"JAKE has been very helpful fixing many different issues in my apartment. He did a good job at resurfacing my tub so it looks brand new. He did an excellent job at replacing my old washing machine that didn’t work to a newer one in less than 20 min ! He repaired the toilet when it was constantly running water and also fixed a leak in my fridge. He is always changing any burnt light bulbs that do not work. Thank you for your hard work and professionalism and for always picking up after every job !!!"

"Living here has been a dream compared to a lot of the other communities around the Denver area charging around the same price. Amenities are taken care of, and if they go out of service they are brought back as soon as ACTUALLY possible, not just as soon as they feel like it. The maintenance folks, especially Todd who has helped us a few times, are really nice and work very effectively, especially when it comes to communicating the issues and any follow-up needed. Same with the leasing office - they are kind, informative, and understanding. The grounds are kept nice including sweeping out the hallways of each building quite often, and while there will always be the issue of owners not picking up after their dogs, they do a really good job of getting as much as they can every working morning. The parking is the only thing that I have an issue with. If you pay for a covered spot, you can't park in any other spot as you don't get to keep your parking pass in order to keep their "one spot per leaseholder" rule. Unfortunately, there just isn't a solution to this issue as it has to do with the developer doing a poor job of providing ample parking in leu for "landscaping" and the county not allowing street parking on Cherokee, but that doesn't fall on any of the folks here, which is why I still give it 5 stars. With how high rents are, it's nice to actually feel like you are getting what you are paying for here."

"We've had a wonderful time here so far and are going on our 3rd year here! We moved from Ohio to Colorado and the leasing office made the transition really easy so it was one less thing we had to worry about. Since then, all of the leasing agents I've talked to have been very helpful and kind, maintenance has been really fast and responsive, and the team I see outside is wonderful. We see Nick outside most mornings working to keep a clean outdoor space for the residents, he always greets us when we see him and he's always very friendly. Fantastic staff and great apartments and outdoor spaces!"

"If I could give 4.5 stars I would! I have lived here for almost 3 months now. Charlie has been our leasing agent since we moved in, and he has been so professional and helpful. The rest of the leasing agents are also very kind and answer all of our questions/concerns since moving in. Our unit is pretty old, and while it’s nobody’s fault the unit needs a renovation, and something always seems to come up, maintenance issues are always solved as efficiently. Todd has helped us a few times and he is so kind and really made sure everything was good before he left. So far it has been a great experience!"
