"I want to thank Brooke for her complete lack of concern for residents safety l've had my concerns brushed off by her multiple times and this is what has pushed me to post my honest review with photos! I pay almost 2.5k a month and the only people who I think would consider this "deluxe DTC living" is the people I've found sleeping/drunk in the stairwell of my building. If I could rate this a 0 l would my car has been broken into multiple times, even though I pay for a garage. I've had multiple packages stolen because the doors are constantly propped open/broken and the delivery people never use the lockers and my floor wreaks of trash because the trash room is always full of junk! You are better off at literally any other apartment complex avoid Capstone at Vallagio at all costs."
"A lot of turn over in management, miscommunications, computers available in leasing office meant for community members, has everything wiped out expect kids games. Completely unusable!! Lights in back of underground garage only work once in a while. Office will close on short notice. Meaning no access to useless computers. PRO’S- Location, maintenance response time is good, nice coffee and ice machine when you are able to get in."
"My husband Ashit and I had a fantastic two-year stay at Capstone! It's in a super handy location with easy access to a train station and big stores like Walmart, Target, and Costco. The amenities are excellent - the gym and community area are standouts. There's even a great place for food and drinks just a short stroll away. The maintenance team is efficient and quick to respond, and the staff, especially Lesley, are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We made sure to leave our apartment clean, just as we found it, and appreciated not being charged extra fees. It's a fair and honest place to live. I definitely recommend Capstone to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient home!"

"How to upgrade the appliances and carpet of rental apartments and charge the renters wrongfully can be learned from Capstone at Vallagio! Step 1: Give a scratched and damaged glass stove top to the new residents and tell them everything is okay with it. (Pics attached in this post from 11/27/2018 during the move-in and from 05/01/2020 after the move-out.) Step 2: Switch to virtual move-out under the pretense of Covid-19 so that they can apply any fees to upgrade their apartments and charge the residents for it. Step 3: Send out a move-out statement with $180 for power scrubbing the wooden flooring (even though the flooring has been mopped twice before the move-out and has no damage or spills or stains),$636 to replace the carpet due to stains (as you might see in the attached pictures during the move-out there are no stains on the carpet) and $501 to replace the already damaged glass top of the stove). Step 4: The billing department is not even ready to see the proof of no damage and they directly tell you that they’ll put your account in the collections (that too within 17 days of your move-out and within 1 day after the move-out statement was shared with us). Step 5: The billing department (Brian) is so unethical and rude and without even flinching an eye tried to even scare me by telling me that they’ll see me in the court. Step 6: They keep on talking about tenants’ rights in the move-out statement (tenants can request evidence of damages charged on the move-out statement) but they cannot back up their wrongful claims made on the move-out. I have a long battle with Avenue5 (company managing Capstone at Vallagio). However, the only reason I’m posting this review is to make more tenants at Capstone aware of these wrongful policies on move-out. I’ve been renting for over ten years and have not been over-charged wrongfully and unethically by any other property management company! Update (06/03/2020) - I’ve already emailed and mailed you as well as your billing department my dispute. However, almost two weeks have gone by and no response! Most recently I have emailed you this afternoon to check for an update and no response as always!"
