Elevation at County Line Station

"We've only been here for a few weeks so my opinions are newer. The staff here is outstanding. Everyone is extremely friendly & today the maintenance guy went above & beyond. It feels good to have people work here that care about us. Very dog friendly & love the dog park being so close. Also bonus for each unit having trash chutes inside. Awesome for those cold days."

"Pretty good experience living here. The staff was pretty responsive to helping out and making stuff go smooth. If something needed repair in the common areas, they would do a good job of repairing it. They hosted some decently fun events about every month. The area is pretty safe, it is right to the light rail station, the mall, and some pretty big telecom employers. It wasn't cheap, but I felt like I got my money's worth here, and they didn't nickle and dime me on move out costs. The technology systems in place for the apartment could be a bit confusing at times. They don't use Wyatt's towing, which helps avoid the trouble people in Denver have with them, can't recall parking being an issue. The area itself was a bit too quiet for me, but I would consider another apartment complex under the same management as them in downtown."

"Well over $2k for rent to be woken up over two weekends and many other mornings because they brought in a bobcat and equipment to tear up the parking lot and move rocks around @ 7:30am .. There is also one elevator per building and when it goes out good luck trekking a cart full of stuff up 4 flights of stairs for a week.. It’s also disappointing that they removed the TVs in the buildings that showed the RTD info and moved them into their main building, I’m not going to the main office just to check a schedule. That’s very inconvenient."

"Went in for a tour with Yolanda. She was very detailed oriented. Showed me all the units available for my price range. Was able to view this show case apartment to get a feel of the property. Quiet neighborhood Considering moving here!"
