"I honestly loved living here. The apartment was spacious and I felt safe with my cat. I lived here for 4 years and the rent increase before I left was going to be 150 dollars a month more. Which is insane to me. But if you can afford it I recommend living here."

"Honestly one of the best places I’ve lived. Had very minimal, typical issues when here. Had my car towed the first night I stayed here, with my parking sticker in my window, and the staff was able to get it back at no charge due to negligence by Wyatt’s towing. Only other issue was the apartment above me dumping things onto my patio. One phone call solved both issues. Maintenance is great and very friendly as well. Overall I loved my time here. Thank you Cimarron!"

"Trish the office woman was always very rude. She was condescending and rushed through everything me feel as if she was bothered. Rita the former office woman was so nice and always very helpful. The maintenance requests were answered in a timely manner and the price is fair. When we moved out we were charged for things that were never replaced and cleaning when the place was spotless when we moved out. Sounds like fraud to charge for things that were not replaced and cleaning that never happened. I know things weren't replaced because I've been in the apartment with the new tenant who is a friend. Everything looks the same as when I moved out. The carpets and blinds were not replaced, but I was charged for it."

"First you are not shown and apt. Second maintains is not 24/7 and in winter if you have to be at work before they clean sidewalks you either put down your own salt or buy the stabilizers for your shoes. They put notes on your door so everyone coming by can see. The manger on site may or may not answer your call. And do not have any one over for the night without getting her approve for your guest. If you have an apt by the back doors you will be woken up at all hours of the night by people slaming the door. Parents have no control over their kids and nothing you say to office will change this."

"Beautiful apartments! Freshly built. My parents have a one bedroom and even with it being 605sqft it still gives them plenty of room. It's affordable for the area. If you compare it to other places such as Texas,Georgia,etc it may seem high but for Colorado it's about average. They have awesome pet policies and nice laminate wood flooring."
