"Amy is the rudest lady ever the apartments are broken down and the hallways stink like mold. I feel sorry for the people that have to live there maybe it will be better with new management but as of Jan 2024 this place is a dump."

"Been a few months now to realize this place needs mattanence very badly. Guys to old ..caint keep up with . place is falling apart. And there is no privacy. They hang notes on your door . we will do mattanence this day or maybe this day . never any time that they will be coming into your home . rude . They need better mattanence . Someone younger for ..sure . and they have charge of your heat and cool air. Cait adjust that . and .Never any hot water . And trash. At dumpster old furniture ..witch causes mice and bugs ..snd that trash has bern here ..for the past 6 months. Carpets are 50 years old ..about 3 weeks ago i sat in my car waiting for grandson to come down to take to school. I sat in my car and wated. First two guys put. Weapons inside of back packs and walk away and theze weapons were illegal so if you have family dont come here . Not a place for kids. Or anyone. But if you have no values or just dont care about ..things falling apart . well .then this is your place ."
