"I wish I had slept in my car instead of spending the night in this moldy, bed bug ridden, roadside dump. Avoid it at all costs. Yes, there are bed bugs, the worst part is that management seems to not care. They offered me a $5 credit?! Seriously? And corporate offered to upgrade my account to premium, which seems like an insult."

"DO NOT stay here. They charged a $100 incidental fee upon check in for the night. Usually this isn’t a problem. We travel frequently and have never had an issue receiving a deposit back. After our stay, we wondered when it would be returned so we called the next day and they said it could be up to 5 days. So we waited, but we didn’t receive it back. We called back again and this time we were told that it wouldn’t be refunded because “we had cat.” (Even though they had told us before when we called that it would be refunded in up to 5 days). We didn’t have a cat (we are on a 3 week road trip). They said they had photographic evidence but when asked to send the evidence, the manager stated he could not and that “one of his front desk people must have it.” The manager said he wouldn’t do anything and he would “trust his front desk staff.” They steal the incidental claiming to have proof that they can’t provide."

"Coming to a wedding in Stratton, we booked a room at Burlington Quality Inn. As a matter of fact, our family booked several rooms. We were coming from the west slope of Colorado and the weather turned treacherous for travel over I70. Roads were icy and slick and travel was discouraged. We cancelled our reservations. Yes, it was outside the 48 hour reservation window but 48 hours in advance the highway wasn't iced over and closed in spots. I am thankful we didn't cancel for the death of someone discourteous enough to pass away outside that window!"

"Nice clean rooms, comfy beds. The man at the front counter was courteous and real nice. The location is quiet. Check out is 11 which is nice when you arrive at 3 am. Continental breakfast. The hotel is clean, no bug carcasses, no cob webs, nothing. Great service. I highly recommend."

"The staff was very sweet and explained the deposits really well. We also got a wheelchair accessible room and it was wonderful! It was spacious, low, and had a great and easy to use shower. This included a detachable shower head, bars, a flat floor for easy transfers, and a shower chair. The room was clean and the bed was large and comfortable. Would stay here again!"
