"I like the location, but there are some glaring issues here. Mainly the trash. I feel like there’s no need to have this much loose trash on your property and then your outdoor tenant seating area. Just once a day have somebody roll through the property and pick up all the loose trash., plz. Another problem was the fact that in one of the apartments, where there was no cigarettes smoked, you could smell cigarette smoke coming through the wall from the neighbor. Especially if you have respiratory issues that’s just unacceptable. Other than that, it’s a cozy little location, right near the hustle and bustle of Broadway. All those things being sad though the price does not justify this establishment. I would not recommend choosing these apartments if you have other options. Bonus points for location and fantastic water pressure in the shower. Remember to be kind to the people who work here and shop local."

"This summer, I visited a friend who is a current tenant of these apartments. After hearing horror stories about the property manager and seeing firsthand the shape that these apartments are in, I can honestly say that I feared for the well-being of my friend. There was a gas leak that they failed to inform their tenants of and the tap water tasted like MOLD. This is only the beginning of a long list of blatant disregard for the safety and health of their tenants. Do not sign a lease here!"
"Property manager is rude,inconsiderate,strict,non compassionate, and the list goes on. Neighbors are nosey at all times, you get mean looks if your not of white complexion. Basically don’t live here unless it’s absolutely all you can afford, even then still wouldn’t do it!"
