"Lived here for 4 years and our experience was pretty ok throughout. One thing i will have to warn everyone about when you are going to move out is TAKE PICTURES of your apartment. They will charge you an insane amount of money for any slight damages. You must ask them for pictures and double check their claimed charges. Had a black mark on one wall and charged me for the whole paint job of the whole apartment. They cheat you money so be careful. Very rude higher up man who i spoke with about this, will never come back."

"Worst place I have ever resided. I lived here for 6 and a half years and left the apartment clean and in near immaculate condition. Much to my surprise upon move out I receive a $1500 bill for "damages" done to the apartment including a full carpet replacement and full paint. It took 2 months to even make contact with Greystar, and when I finally did get a hold of someone I was informed that I should have never been charged for the carpet or the paint since I had lived there for so long. The person told me that they are going to have the charges removed and they will be back in touch. Another 2 months go by and I finally reach back out and within a few days have a final bill. On the final bill the charge for the carpet was removed and not the paint like I was promised. To say this place is a joke is a massive understatement and I will NEVER live in another Greystar community."

"Loved the apt. Staff is very lacking. They won't return my calls and took half my deposit with no explanation. Please make sure before moving out that you get your final statement and move out check list. I left apt cleaner than when I moved in."
