She’s making it hard for my parents to find a home !! But rushing them to move out ! She picks on the old and disabled!! LIES ON YOUR RENTAL HISTORY!!!"

"I applied twice. Both times my applications were denied/closed. They claim I responded late even though I had talked to one of the workers 2 days before getting the message on 1st application and next day on the 2nd application. They kept both application fees totalling $60. I believe it was descimiation due to not being able to work because of operations I need to get but am unable to get the procedures until I have a stable place to live for the recovery processes. Even with Doctor notes and proof of needed procedures I was turned down by these apartments which are nearby where I need to be. Be careful applying here. They keep the application fees. They are crooks."

"First time moving in to my own place and I am not been having a good experience from the beginning. Once I finally got to move in I’ve notice that there is Roach Problem. I’ve been trying to spray and handle the roaches for the last three weeks and they aren’t going away. I’ve woke up to one running down my chest in the middle of the night. I have told them about what was going one 2 weeks in n they still haven’t came to do anything about it. Tonight I am once again ran out my apartment due to an uncontrole roach problem. I am not happy with what’s going on. I wasn’t notified able this problem before I move in. So I wouldn’t expect this to be a problem when I moved in. The WHOLE apartment needs to be sprayed completely.This needs to be controlled immediately."

"The assistant manager clearly hates her job. She is Rude and has an attitude problem. She has Poor communication and is horrible with follow up. One of the neighbors have had a plumbing issue since I can remember and it still hasn't been fixed. Instead for sympathizing with the family and the problem, she starts blaming the ongoing issue on the other renters. My car has been vandalized as well. I too have no choice but to live here because my husband is a full time student and this is what I can afford. The parents around here allow their kids to trash and run around the complex as if they're the only ones who live there. Don't y'all have curfews? I wouldn't be allowing my 2 year old out there in the dark and playing with all the other neighborhood children's. There's not a damn parent around either. Do not rent here unless you're desperate."
