"Last snowstorm there was a power outage and we had been locked out due to the fact that there is secured entry for this complex. This snowstorm, Max came in early this morning to make arrangements so we would all be able to get back inside during this outage. "We recently moved into Off Broadway Flats The staff in the leasing office got us in within a few days with a pro rated month. Since we moved in so quick a minor maintenance issue presented itself. We told MAX the maintenance tech about it in passing thinking it would take a week to fix. To my surprise when I got home a couple hours after telling Max the problem was fixed and there was a note on my door stating he was there. This place is great. Quiet when it is time to be quiet and friendly when I’m feeling social. Great community and IT is not even time for the pool yet!"

"This place sucks. New people moved into building 680. They park wherever they want when it’s all assigned parking and the craziest part is that they have 6 to 8 people living in that 1 bedroom apartment. They come and go at all hours of the night making so much noise. Their friends also park wherever they want when they have a party which is almost every night. Quite a couple of us in the building have called in to complain but nothing has been handled since the office staff changes every week. The carpets are disgusting in the hallways and have stains everywhere. They changed trash companies and the trash will just pile up and over flow. There is a hole in the ceiling in my building that was covered up by a black garbage bag. DO NOT MOVE HERE!"

"They walk a fine line between being slum lords and being cheaper than most. Building smell of cat piss the minute you open the door, cig smoke is so bad you cant open your windows or your place will smell like one, online portal issue at least every other month causing rent payment issues, Extremely thin wall you here it all. I wish i could say something nice about the staff but they change so often here its hard to say. If you order packages make sure your home waiting because if not they either just get left in the parking lot or not delivered office doesn't allow resident to have a door code .Over all worst place to rent in englewood pay the extra 200 to be somewhere you don't feel embarrassed to have company over"

"Very nice small complex. Friendly neighbors, quiet complex, off street parking. Clean laundry facilities. Apartments are newly remodeled with great features. Granite countertops, beautiful tile tub enclosures in the bathroom. Stainless steel appliances. Energy efficient windows. Spacious for 500 sq ft. I had a queen bed in the bedroom and had plenty of room to move around. I loved my apartment at this complex, it was a corner unit. The Management is always so pleasant to deal with. Maintenance is quick to repair any issues that arise. Pool is spacious and always clean, and has super comfortable stylish outdoor furniture and lounge chairs."
