"Where to start with this place man, I lived here for a year and it was full of problems but the main one being the management claiming I didn't pay my rent for a the month of March. I wasn't notified of their msitake until June and when I refused to pay double rent because my lease was up in a month and I never missed the payment to begin with they evicted me and put huge strain on my credit to fight it. Do you yourself favor if you want to avoid hidden charges, vandalism and a lack of caring for the tenants live anywhere else"

"The management is the worst. No one seems be managing the building at all. They never answer phones and the voice-mail has been full for weeks. I told them months ago that my air conditioner and dishwasher were broken and they never fixed them. Now I'm trying to move out but I can't get in touch with anyone to give my notice. They have restricted the office hours to only half days 3 days a week but then no one shows up for those office hours or answers the phone. And they are not checking voice-mail because the voice-mail is full. Just incredibly unprofessional."

"Needs Front Gate Badly!!! The parking lot and tenants would have a much better experience (and save money) if there was a secure gate at the front of the parking lot. Would cut down vandalism, stolen property, and criminal activity by at least 90%. Multiple people have had there cars, motorcycles, and scooters stolen because there’s NO GATE and the cameras are the worst models possible. An iPhone 4 has better picture quality and could read a license plate from 20 feet away oppose to those cameras (I’m not joking..). If Ross Management and The Foundry are too cheap to put in a gate that would work even with our CURRENT key fobs, then at least put in motorcycle parking spots with bars to lock it to something since we CANNOT park them in the bike racks that are EMPTY. 9 news and Fox 31 have had so many interviews at our property about the criminal activity that it’s sad.."

"I’ll leave a lengthy review bc it needs to be said. The amount of money you ‘save’ on rent for lower income, you will spend on damaged, vandalized, and stolen property. With living here just in the last 3 years, I have had around $20,000 (yes twenty thousand) worth of damages on my car and a stolen motorcycle. The cameras are so bad that they don’t pick up license plates of the criminals’ cars in the parking lot. I am one of MANY tenants that have had vandalized and stolen property/vehicles because the management REFUSES to put a cheap gate at the front of the parking lot that would secure it. We already have key fobs to get into the building so it wouldn’t be a big expense.. Save your time, vehicles, and anything you own that you like/care for, far away from here."

"I moved into the Foundry in May 2017 and lived through my 1 year lease with the property. It was the best apartment living experience I have ever had. The apartment was well kept and clean. Any maintenance requests would be processed and completed very quickly. The land lord Jessica was always helpful and willing to assist in little random needs (happy to print my rental history 100 times after I kept loosing it, gave me pain for the walls, advice on getting the move-in refund back in full etc.) Neighbors were quiet and respectful (for the most part. More so than any other apartment I've lived in). I would highly reccommend The Foundry to anyone looking for a great apartment home in an up-and-coming location."
