"Stay away from this place!!!! Zero security, things stolen, horrible organization at front office! Good luck getting help from anyone or anyone that knows anything! No elevator! Also, we paid everything in full when we moved out and they sent us to collections for a very small bill after being great tenants! Have great credit and from their horrible business tactics they have affected my credit! Never contacted us 1 time themselves before collections or any justification for a bill due! Because there wasn’t one! Horrible place! Stay away!!!!!"

"Avana Eastlake has been nothing but issues and has caused immeasurable stress due to no follow through with maintenance, broken promises, lack of communication, and general unprofessionalism. I have given up trying to resolve these issues because the time and stress it took to advocate for myself and the times I begged for work to be completed isn’t worth it anymore. Now I live with unfinished and shoddy workmanship in my apartment because I’m tired of asking for the bare minimum."

"I have been living at Avana Eastlake since November 2022. I recently renewed my lease because of the appreciation I have for the members of the leasing office and maintenance teams. I would like to acknowledged Ruby and Jenni. If there are any questions I have, they are very prompt in their responses and direct me with clear instructions on anything I need. They both have gone above and beyond with their assistance. Erica has also been a great help and very understanding. If any maintenance issues arise, I submit a ticket and the turnaround has been great. I recently recommended Avana Eastlake to a coworker, and would like to say Thank You to the entire Avana Eastlake team."

"The maintenance department of this facility has stepped up to the plate as of recently. I am pleased to update that they have performed some outstanding work lately. Alex, the new head maintenance professional is doing great work. The water leaks all over the premises is concerning. I believe maintenance is doing their best to handle the situation professionally. Office staff, (Ruby) is a gem to speak to. It seems as if she is responsible for returning missed calls quite frequently. The trash is becoming an eye sore. There are residents who believe that the dumpsters are designed for clearing out an entire apartment. I am fairly certain that is not policy but management has done nothing to deter it. Additionally, the receptacles for the trash are run down and sadly deteriorating. There are gaping potholes that need filling. The facility does this every year, but they just keep coming back bigger and better, perhaps a more permanent fix is required. The property is getting better, slowly, but there are still glaring deficiencies that are in dire need of addressing. I genuinely hope in the future the focus is less on office and pool parties and more on quality of life issues such as overflowing trash deposits and craters for potholes."
