"I love living here. I have been here since September. The complex is clean and well kept. The maintenance guys are great and they respond quickly. Anthony was a huge help during my leasing process and the property mgr Mallory is always nice on the phone and quick to assist. It is pretty darn quiet here, I RARELY hear any neighbor noise. I love that they have security driving around every night. I feel super safe! All of my neighbors are really cool and the location is great. Other people have mentioned parking issues but I have never had an issue finding parking right in front of my building or using the app to make sure my car and my guests are permitted!"

"We have been living in this beautiful and amazing apartment for about six months now and we are loving every minute of it. They have everything you can imagine. The community has Lots is places to shop, eats and just take a nice walk around the area. The staff are incredibly friendly and amazing. "I Would Not Recommend this place. no parking no garage but promise one when you sign lease. Issues with key to the door. heating system is terrible ect. If you rent here and pay for the parking permit they still tow your car. you have to pay a lot for rent which is to high... American Greed, they have towed the car twice. with a permit. I will be hiring a lawyer... The manager is never there so it is very difficult to communicate with.. terrible company."

"My wife found these apartments through Smart City Denver (see prior review) Replying to the managers comment about reaching out to us multiple times about a garage...its still 3 months AFTER the fact AND the garage is clear ACROSS the community. They also required her to be on the lease - when we have stated that she doesn't live here, & lives and hour away for help with our 10 month old because I work over 100 hours a week. I start work before the 10am when you open, and get off after the 6pm when you close. Our key fob also wasn't ready when we moved in and took a few calls also. We sent the email a week ago when our car got towed the 1st time and JUST got a reply yesterday that I was "added" to the portal and then NEVER got a "your permit is about to expire" text from ParkM ... but sure enough they towed my car again AND I cant even purchase a "monthly" parking pass, AND have no garage to park in a few times a month. The last thing I want to deal with on my one day off is parking, garage/storage, plumbing/heating issues but here are... since November."
