"This place is horrible, there are bugs! Maintenance people could care less about going to fix or handle anything wrong with the apartment. The people at the office are horrible too. They are unprofessional both Brenda and Gloria! I was charged for cleaning when I had left that place spotless! They charged me almost 200 for the cleaning and an additional for carpet replacement. When trying to speak them in a civil manner both attacked me verbally in the office. If you want cockroaches and get hit with random fees at the time you move out this is the place! They always say they will call you to address your concerns in these reviews but they never do,"

"Looking for a place, but it seems 4 years ago it wasn't so bad, as all apt do have their issues. It seems recently there a lot of issue that are not addressed. Food place in walking distance, bus line, rail station, a couple of stores in walking distance if the hoofy breaks down. As to bug issues, that apt maintenance issue but also neighbors, a building can have little to none if everyone is clean, and that the main issue. Same for mice. Once you get mice in that size of the building they have to fumigate the entire building at once for a week or so. That means everyone out. My concern will be the rent for such small square feet. Only did the 1 star cause it demands it"

"Place was a total slum property. My bedroom ceiling had a water bubble that they wouldn't fix. "Maintenance" would come spray paint over black mold in the apartment before inspections. Had a crack dealer as a neighbor as well. Great place if ur a junky. NSM gang activity as well."

"Place is full of cockroaches, the office is so rude and they charged me 300$ After we moved out when the apartment was left good. I am for sure taking them to court soon since they never sent me a letter that I need to pay anything they just sent me straight to collections. Thank god I have emails and pictures of how they treated us and how we left the apartment DO NOT MOVE IN."

"The office literally never answers their phone. Out of my 30+ attempts to reach the office fro anything from rent clarification to report broken appliances, I have managed to speak to one of them exactly 3 times without leaving work early to go in-person. The emergency answering service is very prompt, but the management never checks the emails from them and never returns your calls. They have no interest in speaking with you unless your rent isn't delivered so they can act like collections agents. The staircases smell like dog pee because nobody ever cleans them and in the summer heat the stench is Nauseating at best. Only look at apartments here if you literally cant afford anything else."
