"The floor plans are nice and spacious, and are a little better value compared to nearby complexes. The amenities offered are nice, however there are regular closures for upkeep due to misuse. The complex is often dirty, with overfull dumpsters and dog waste not picked up. Office staff is very difficult to get ahold of over the phone and can often be unhelpful. The online portal that the lease instructs tenants to use for maintenance requests and general messages goes mostly unmonitored, according to an office staff member. Maintenance requests take an unnecessary amount of time to complete and require diligent follow up to make much progress. Overall it's a fine place to live."
