"I would not recommend this apartment complex. When we first walked into our apartment last February with the assistant manager, Amanda, we noticed unstretched carpets, unpainted hole fillings on the wall, broken blinds, no spout on the kitchen faucet, broken trim on the island, and more. Amanda immediately told us that this is not how they operate, and this will be fixed immediately. Well now we are here a year and several calls later, and I can guarantee the tenants that moved in after us are dealing with the same exact issues we had in that apartment. After moving out, we received our last utility bill and Arbour Commons decided to add on $150 cleaning fee, and on top of that, charged us for the broken blind panels that were broken from the very beginning. This apartment complex scams you out of money and maintenance requests take longer than a year, obviously, to fix. Again, if I could give this apartment complex zero stars, I would."
