"I’ve been here for going on 2 years now! I love building 5 and the friendly neighbors that I have. On holidays we (in building 5) give each other gifts to maintain friendly atmospheres. The staff here are one of a kind. So helpful, resourceful and understanding. There have been times when times weren’t so good for me and the abundance of help from the friendly staff (Sally and Mikayla to be specific) was over the top! Cheers to many more years here! Oh and I LOVE the hot tub! Especially after a longs day of working! Thanks again to the staff and the friendly neighbors! I always feel so welcomed!"

"We've been living at South Main Station for over six months, and it's genuinely been a great experience. The team at Mass Equity, who owns the property, have been very professional and responsive to our questions. It's been a smooth experience from the start. The daily trash service at 6:00 pm is reliable and efficient. We also noticed the parking lot has been freshly painted, which is a nice touch. The pool area is fantastic, especially enjoyable during the winter months. The community events are a highlight, with Mikayla always bringing a positive energy. A special thanks to Crystal for her help during our move-in, making everything go smoothly. The entire staff is helpful and quick to respond to any needs or queries, often within a day. Jim has always a big smile when you talk to him. We've made friends with neighbors from various places like North Carolina, South Africa, and India, adding to the pleasant community atmosphere here. "READ BEFORE RENTING HERE. Greystar Management is currupt organization which is utilise criminal syndicate tactics. This place is NOT what it looks like. Management does NOT DISCLOSE full information about this place. Hallways constantly smell like TRASH because of the enforced valley trash service. Meaning you leave your trash outside your apartment door to be picked up. There are problems with the PARKING system especially if you are not paying for designated spot. Even if you pay for it , Greystar employees violate your space, systematically parking over your paid spot. There is a railroad crossing 30 ft away from the main apartment buildings and the TRAIN HORN BLOWS every 2 hours. Even in the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT! There is a bar north east of the main complex that will host live music at random times. There is no warning given to when these live bands will be playing. You WILL HEAR THESE BANDS PLAYING EVEN WITH YOUR WINDOWS CLOSED! Management doesn't care about residents requests, PRIVACY, or living space. They think they can do whatever they want. Maintenance workers will walk around residents apartments with DIRTY shoes. Sneezing and spitting on residents floor, making mess on the carpet, for which Greystar later will charge you for carpet cleaning. Making a MESS in your unit and the don’t even have the decency to turn off the lights when they are done with their work. They think they can enter anytime they want. Later backdating notices and saying they placed it on the door, when all correspondence goes through email. They violate basic health code with CONSTANT trash ISSUES and disregard COVID19 guidelines. They are endangering resident health. This is a completely disrespectful aproach to the residents privacy and living. Managers Michaela and Crystal lie misadvertise apartment complex and its conditions. Greystar management utilises intimidation technics, they lie and scam their prospective and curent residents. They apply extra charges which should not be there. They systematically commiting crime."
