"Absolutely the best experience I have ever had using a design/printing company. Giselle was a fantastic rep, that was able to coordinate with her design team to not only upgrade my logo, but make it look professional, and on MY terms. I've used apps, and the big online printer before, but they don't provide the level of service and communication that this company provides. Giselle and her team were able to do EXACTLY what I wanted. Giselle responded immediately to all requests, and even provided us with a few extra ideas that we hadn't thought of (like magnetic business cards... Genius!) Their design team upgraded my logo, and now, it looks like my logo went to college! I am constantly asked who made the banners for our truck, and I am referring everyone I know to Ross4. Wish I would have used you guys years ago when we started!"

"Entirely dissatisfied. I spent close to $2,000 to mail out 5,047 mailers within a 5 mile radius of my business. Only SEVEN coupons came back. That's right, 7 out of 5,047. I relied on their design team and marketing expertise. I even paid someone else to find my "target" mail routes. I would never recommend this solution to a small business owner. I have expressed my deep disappointment and have requested a refund or rerun of mailers as there has to be something that went wrong, to no avail. Before I purchased this, I was told these usually see a 10% return. The return I got was 0.13%. That's a huge difference and nothing is going to be done to fix it. I can't get my money back, but hopefully I can stop someone else from making the same mistake and wasting their hard earned money."
