"Just recently moved into Monte Vista Apartments, The experience so far has been outstanding. Especially with Chris and Robert, the two maintenance personnel. I had a problem with the garage door opener, and these two gentlemen came to the rescue and very promptly & professionally cured the problem. CUDOS to these two men, They are definetly an asset to the Monte Vista organization."

"The best property I have ever lived at! The office staff is absolutely amazing, kind and super responsive, maintenance shows up the same day you put a request in. Gary, Chris and Robert have been amazing at making sure every issue i have is resolved and are super respectful. They even have really great resident events, a couple weeks ago they had pizza and drinks at the office, the pool is really great to enjoy on a hot day and even have a grill on the pool deck. I am also so impressed with how quiet the community is, at first I was worried about a first floor unit but most of the time I forget I even have neighbors. I love this community, dont think i’ll be moving anytime soon!"
