"We have been customers for over 10 years and have enjoyed numerous items from the product list. My reason for todays review has to do with the changes made to the website for delivery options. Most recently the change to have UPS deliver the products in some cases. When my wife placed our recent order, she naturally assumed that it would arrive via truck with our regular driver. However, after placing the order she received an email that it would be delivered via UPS....which she definitely did not want. She tried to cancel the order but the system said that it was already processed. Our issue with this process is two fold. One...we enjoy the direct face to face service from our delivery driver. If we need something extra, we can request it when we see him. We also knew what day he would be delivering the items. With UPS.....???? Two, we are very conscious about the amount of packaging that it takes to ship frozen items via UPS. The amount of package waste is ridiculous. Its not good environmentally and this doesnt seem to be a good business model in general. Maybe we are in the minority, but a primary reason for using your company is the personal service. If the company is planning to phase out the drivers and trucks and rely soley on UPS, then we will sadly just stop ordering."

"Park on street. Got a wake up call at 1230 to stage on door. Unloader came at 0400. Out by 0530. The wake up guy was super. Even brought me some ice cream sandwich AND puppy ice cream. 5 stars all around."

"Not a bad place to deliver to. Lot is a little tight. You.can park on the street. The homeless will keep knocking softly.on your door all night. Make sure you check under and around your truck before moving, they might be sleeping underneath."
