"UPDATE: STILL NO DEPOSIT! CALL NUMEROUS TIME AND NOTHING. THIS IS ILLEGAL! I never write reviews but this NEEDS to be seen and be confronted. I moved OUT on August 31st. AUGUST 31, 2023! It is NOW November 26th. Tell me why I haven’t received my deposit?! I did a walk through they said my space was spotless and I’ll be receiving my full deposit. Isn’t it illegal to not return a deposit after 60 days? This is absolutely outrageous and ridiculous. I have called several times, went to the leasing office and not ONE person was able to give me answer and they blame corporate. I then received a call about 2 weeks ago, asking if I moved out? I have emails with my 60 day notice, I signed papers, EVERYTHING. I called a couple days ago and they said to call back the second week of December. Are you serious?! I need to get this resolved. Don’t even get me started on the living situation when I was there. The constant threats, getting things thrown at my head (and they did nothing, told me to just email them) and constantly fear living there and having to always look over my shoulder. But hey, i just want my well deserved deposit back."
"RADON HEALTH ALERT.lol... Their review response...I AND THE BOULDER MEDIATOR AND THE FIRE MARSHAL ARE TRYING TO CONTACT YOU ..REPLY!!! We could show screen shots o ALL MY CALLS N EMAILS. INCLUDING THE CALL YOU HUNG UP ON WHEN I ASKED IF YOU PLAN TO ALERT OTHER RESIDENTS ;) Unfortunately I am a current resident. Had a 2 foot crack in my sub level basement apt since a fire in the apt next door LAST DECEMBER. Mgmt tool accountability in January. They can't keep a manager longer than 3 months to follow through on a resolution. Finally bought a radom alarm and plugged it in at 8 pm and my 6am it was reading 20.4 pCi/L. THE firemen reset the alarm and within 3 hours of at 16.4pCi There are no departments responsible for holding them accountable and they actually hung up on me on the phone despite maintenance taking a picture of the alarm display earlier that day. 4 pCi is the federal cutoff 8 pCi of equal to 16 cigarettes a day. My children have both lost yeah on THE SAME DAY on two occurrences and my oldest has lost them on her sleep and woke up with teeth on her cheek pouch THEY DO NOT CARE MANAGEMENT FLIES IN FROM TEXAS ON MONDAY AND LEAVES ON Friday Edited.. they reply to a Google review but STILL HAVE no NOT SHOWN CONCERN FOR OUT OF R EXTREMELY HIGH RADON EXPOSURE... Apparently the only w get a reply from management is to leave an HONEST Google review... Then you leave your phone number like you did not hang up on me yesterday lol ;) I will add daily pictures of the alarm Had professional years fine and mgmt STILL WILL NOT RESPOND. "EDIT: it’s been 5 MONTHS since I moved out and this company has not contacted me or sent me anything regarding my security deposit. The limit on withholding the deposit is 60 days at MOST. I could literally sue this rental property right now because of their disorganization. I really don’t want to leave bad reviews on things because I get it things happen. But I’m coming up on 2 years living here, it is winter, and my hot water is ONCE AGAIN not working. Most of the time my thermostat does not go above 65, the water coming out of the shower and sinks is ice cold, not even room temperature, things I have brought maintenance in for and they’ve claimed they’ve fixed it at least twice. I have had mail stolen, someone has tried to open my door while I was home (thank god it was locked), the screen was bent sideways out of my window like someone was trying to break in, prompting management to put child locks on my windows. A neighbor even knocked on my door to tell me there was a man hanging around outside my apartment and trying to look in my windows, I am a female living by myself and it has made me scared to even go do laundry on site at night. there are people intoxicated outside screaming all hours of the night, I have watched people pass out on the sidewalk in front of my unit, swat teams showing up at midnight for neighbors, and the entire complex is covered in trash, but thank god they collect thousands of dollars every month to just not fix any of the issues. My lease is up soon so it’s not my problem anymore I’m just at my limit, but fair warning to individuals that want a quiet or safe place to live"
"Not even two months into being here and my apartment flooded. The company that came made me a 120 pound girl move all the furniture myself and then offered help on my last piece. They ran fan for 3 days and according to our lease any negligence of upkeep by the apartment that cause damage must be reimbursed by the apartment complex. They did not properly take care of any drains and that cause an huge increase on my electric bill. The apartment company has yet to reimburse us for something that is completely their fault. The best part is we paid for several apartments electric for over 4 months which I will admit is excels fault. I am being told only Andrew can contact them and several months later I still have no reimbursement for all the money that has been stolen from us. The best part it took of several months of reaching out to the front office for this to even get proven. The lady at the front told us maintenance had checked this several times and as we were there with the main maintenance guy told us that no one had check the meters or our apartment to see if there was something faulty or if it was excel. The look on her face was great. The only good thing about this place is the young maintenance guy who continues to fight for us and help us. Want an answer from this place? GOODLUCK. Want affordable housing? Don’t rent the bottom floor of any of these buildings. Don’t rent at alll! I’m tired of being lied to by the front office, thrown from one contact to another and my lease not being abide by. Personally my advice is RUN. We are out of money, a broken lease and currently looking into legal action."
"The entire staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I feel lucky to have found a place to call home where i know i can count on the people working there to do what they day. Stevie is amazing her energy and positivity was super helpful during a stressful move. The apartments themselves are in great shape and everything was move-in ready. Super chill place to reside. I have lived in a few apartments in my day and the office staff was by far the most professional and friendly I have ever experienced. I highly recommend The Nest Community."
