"My son has been living here for almost 6 months now. Every time we have needed assistance with anything the entire staff has been very kind and responsive. We are paying slightly more than we paid last year for a different apartment complex close by, but the customer service is night and day between the two properties. And his apartments views of the flatirons are unreal! Highly recommend."

"I love living here. Management is always super friendly, very clean apartment, and super close to campus. They are always doing fun events to bring the community together. I have renewed for the third time and enjoy my experience. However, flaws. There is not a single light outside anywhere surrounding all 5 buildings, so walking around at night is pretty scary. We were also promised a 24 hour mailroom, which pretty much sealed the deal for me as I get deliveries often. However, that lasted a few months before we now are treated pretty much like criminals, having to show ID's and can only get packages if a staff member is present, which is 9-5 (the hours we are in class or working too!). You get charged for the locker if you wait more than 3 days so you have to hope your availability lines up with the staff which sucks. Sidewalks used to be salted pretty good, but I have noticed way more ice this year than usual. Pool was also closed half the summer which was disappointing. They ensure we have security at night, but I am not sure what that means as I have never seen it. They tell us about inspections day before and fire alarm tests day of, which can be frustrating since my pets get scared and that is not enough time to prepare. The heated parking garage is a heaven sent, however the spots are so close together it's a joke. Obviously that can't really be fixed but just something to consider. It takes several minutes to park if you don't want to scratch you or your neighbors car. My rent is 3k for a one bedroom, which is pretty insane but proximity to campus and obviously Boulder it makes sense. However, I think with the issues I listed 3k is too much. But overall, when something breaks they fix it fast, beautiful views, and very modern updated kitchens, I am mostly happy. Management if you see this please consider the fixable issues I listed, especially the mailroom! 3 stars because despite it being a lovely apartment, way too many problems for 36k a year."

"We are in the pre-leasing process for next year, and we have been so impressed by the staff and their kindness and responsiveness. Anne is a student resident who works in the leasing office, and her enthusiasm for Union 9Seventy is infectious! She has gone above and beyond to give us a great tour and she has graciously fielded multiple phone calls from us. The new manager Hope was incredibly kind and helpful in our phone call. Everyone in the office seems to care about our daughter in this process and seems eager to have her join the community. I understand the entire office staff is new as of this summer and there’s a new approach/commitment to serving the residents and ensuring a high quality living experience. Fingers crossed! The building is clean and modern and feels very secure. The furnishings in the model apartment are new and stylish; apparently all the units got new furniture this year. The location is as close as it gets to central campus while being on the quieter east side. We are excited for next year!"

"Insane prices for the quality. Management is rude whenever you complain, and takes days to fix something. While I was living there, there were several fire hazards such as mass amounts of trash in the hallways and unsealed chemicals in the lobby area. They love to find ways to bring rent up, so be prepared to pay double whatever they promised you. Poor quality for the price, not worth the money AT ALL"

"The apartment building at Union 9seventy is always kept very clean and secure! There has never been any issue that arises that was not easily managed by communicating with the office staff that are eager to assist and rectify any situation. I love living here with my dog in such well maintained apartments with a safe and friendly environment."
