"Living at this apartment building has been one of the worst experiences of my life. It has been a living hell. My first day moving into this apartment building I discovered an ant infestation in the kitchen. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your next door neighbors talking on the phone or snoring through the walls. My brand new car was side-swiped in the parking lot and the other person lied to the police and stated he never hit my car so I am liable for the damages. My car has had 3 separate incidences of parking stickers being placed on its window claiming it will be towed away when I am a current resident. I strongly recommend no one rent from this apartment building. There are much better renting options at the Magwood Apartments, Boulder Commons, and Red Oak Park."

"Definitely needs some work around here. The laundry room is disgusting! There is always a mess on the floor of lint, dryer sheets, detergent, and lost socks/underwear! There isn't even a coin machine provided to do your laundry, but they only accept quarters. When you request maintenance, they might answer but if they do they tend to only cause more issues. I requested help with my toilet water running, and they first ignored the request, then they came in stopped the running but it also stopped flushing, and when they came a 2nd time they then created a leak that ruined everything that was stored under my sink. The shower water does not run one temperature. One second you are bathing in bliss, and then suddenly you are standing under Satan's tears. I've also submitted numerous maintenance requests for this issue, but they just ignore that one. Hallways are always smelly! It is absolutely not handicapped accessible, considering you have to take stairs to even reach the elevator. The staff is terrible with response time. We have renewed our lease three times, and they have increased the monthly rent by $500, yet no updates to the building. It's not really worth what you pay."

"I’ve been living in GlenLake for the past 4 years and I have been please and satisfied. The one-bedroom apartments are fairly large compared to what other complexes offer in the area. The location is perfect, walking form the essentials and a 2 min drive to the Foothills highway. Management is super responsive, helpful and friendly! And maintenance is efficient and quick to respond. Very grateful for the last 4 years here!"

"Loved it, was sad to move (for a job). Maintenance was always super quick to respond, staff always gave advanced notice when they had to come in to the apartment. The remodeled units were beautiful, great price. Grounds and building were always cleaned and upkeep was great. One of my favorite places I have ever lived and will absolutely move there again if I live in Boulder."
