"I've lived here about a year and a half, and I can say I've only dealt with marijuana smoke in my windows. That's pretty mild compared to other apartment complexes I've seen. Kelsey and the maintenance staff are amazing. If we have a problem: they work to fix it right away. The apartments are spacious, and the air conditioning unit cools the entire house. The complex itself is very accessible and easy to navigate."

"New Mgmt is terrible! Lease states any marijuana use is a lease violation but will NOT enforce it!! My daughter and I are deathly allergic to THC and Mgmt refuses to uphold the lease. Citing they need more and more evidence then give no response even after supposedly serving a 3 day comply notice next door. They would rather we die or be sent to the hospital again before doing anything. We've got wasps in our home and under our patio and refuse to spray. Kids are peeing and deficating in the laundry room. Now on a heat advisory day I cannot run my AC or I have to stay outside all day because my home smells like marijuana. Took 5 hours for someone to come from Aurora to shut the water heater off when it blew a hose and flooded the basement to which we have damaged antiques and had to clean up the water and damage ourselves. Would NOT recommend this place."
