"STEER SO FAR FROM THIS RENTAL COMPANY! I have waited to post this because I was afraid of retaliation from the company when it came to getting my security deposit back. While living here I experienced damage to my personal property, flooding, iced out windows in the winter, a front door that never properly locked, disrespect from the staff, BOTH rats and mice, hornets and wasps inside, and the list just goes on. I was told to but a fly swatter and a can of raid for the wasps, even when I let them know I had an allergic roommate. They insisted this was normal CO stuff, even though they refused to come and fix the holes ALL over the back and side of my townhouse, that their handymen had pointed out several times before. I had a handyman try to push is way into my home while my front door was flooded, resulting in MORE indoor flooding. When dealing with the mice inside we found dropping in our heating duct, I had to call the CDC to inform this company of what proper clean up of mice feces looks like. They still brought a vacuum to my home to clean it up, but this is how Hantavirus spreads, my roommate and I were horrified to see the amount of old mouse dropping on top of the new ones. If you are living in any of these properties I am begging you to look in your ducts and behind your air filters for your own health safety. I had a friend who rented from them before and he had a mice problem in his home as well, which makes me believe this is standard for this company. I had a camera outside of my gate because I had someone knife my brand new cars tire in their driveway and no longer felt safe. This camera gave me the ability to hold them accountable as they told me they had pest people who came monthly, but the only time they were ever seen was after my parents, roommate, and roommates parents called to make a big enough issue about rodents in the home. This lasted for 3 months and then the pest people stopped coming. Waiting over a week an a half for repairs that are urgent is absolutely ridiculous. The only person in this company who is redeemable is, Bryan one of the maintenance workers who helped us get some of our things cleaned after one of the floods. I had to fight for my right as a tenant and felt taken advantage of as a college student. Being in my new rental, I have had quick repairs and even had the repair men come and tell me they wont work for companies like RBN. I see that they are responding to comments about "empathetically" denying claims, but these are not claims, purely factual. The woman who answers their phone is a nightmare to deal with and had zero empathy. Of course their tenants are upset, this is not something you can possibly be aware of until you sign your lease and move into their properties. Wish you the best RBN, hopefully you are able to clear up some of these major issues that run across all properties you seem to own."

She was unbelievably helpful, the only person through my month long searches for an appartment, not only was she kind, but even when situations changed she was more than accommodating and helped me find a home! really saved me! thanks so much Jen!"
"I lived at a property from RBN for a year and throughout the entirety of my time there I was very pleased at the attentiveness and kindness I experienced there. Whenever any issue with the apartment unit came up, I would fill out a maintenance issue on their rental portal and immediately within the day would promptly have a response to get it resolved. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly through out all situations, they act fairly and are very good about responding quickly and efficiently to get whatever you need resolved. Although I don’t live in Boulder anymore, I would highly recommend this property management company to anyone looking for somewhere to live, their website is also super easy to navigate and they have some fantastic properties, I will forever cherish the time I spent in my first apartment which I rented through them, super clean, great location, functional and overall great. I greatly appreciate the support the staff has shown me and cooperation through any problems I have had, extremely professional. Great service thank you so much!"
"The agents at Rent Boulder Now, have been, in my experience, very helpful, patient, and understanding with myself and my roommates, and I appreciate everyone I have had to deal with. Plus, I love the place, great location, great price, could be a little nicer but compared to a lot of places in Boulder it's honestly pretty good. We haven't been charged any exorbitant fees, and my apartment hasn't been something I've had to think about a lot (which is a huge plus as a very busy person). Overall, I would rent from them again, and I fully intend to renew my lease."
