"From touring to moving in, things could not have gone better. The Magwood leasing staff and manager were attentive and helpful. The application process was a breeze because it's all online. All maintenance requests I had for my unit were addressed within days. Now that I'm moved in and settled, I couldn't be happier. The residents are very friendly, there is such a sense of community and caring. The facilities are top notch - the pool, hot tub, gym, and common lounge area are all cleaned frequently and in impeccable condition. It's like living at a resort! The location is also great - quieter than the center of Boulder, but I'm still able to quickly get anywhere in town I need to go. I am so happy to call The Magwood home!"

"I love the Magwood! My roommate and I will be signing our second lease here this week. Tracy, who works in the office, is wonderful and has been great to work with. She has a wonderful demeanor and I feel like she really cares about the residents. The maintenance guys are amazing. They seem to work around the clock making sure everything is on the up and up in the complex. All my maintenance issues have been addressed within a couple of hours. I love the heated pool, hot tub, gym and dog park. We have a garage and it was super helpful during the winter. I really enjoy our apartment and love that it is a 2/2 with beautiful views. There is a lot of storage and we also have a large balcony, which has been great to hang out on."

"My roommate and I moved in here August of 2021. We love the apartment complex. The maintenance team is excellent. Each time we have had an issue, they have come by and fixed it on the same day. They even replaced our refrigerator and dryer on the same day. During the snow storms, they have been out at 6AM clearing the walkways and parking lots to make sure residents can get out to go to work. The only thing I would like to see changed is the pool hours. Currently, the pool is being fixed. I would like to swim laps before work, but it doesn't open until late morning. The gym, hot tub and dog park are really nice and I like that it is near the bike path."

"I've been living at The Boulders Apartments for about a month. So far I'm happy with my choice. Based on my experience, I'd recommend living here. I'll update this review if my opinion changes over time. Pros: - The renters portal makes it pretty easy to pay rent and submit maintenance requests. Its not easy to find an itemized statement in the portal, but the staff are quick to email you one upon request. - The staff in the front office and at Bell Partners are friendly and have responded to all my questions/requests within a day. - All of my maintenance issues have been resolved within a couple days (I haven't had any emergency requests, but I'm told those would be handled within 24 hours). - Location is great. Easy to hop on the trail for a run or bike ride. Half mile walk to groceries, booze, and restaurants. - The units are spread out and the campus is well maintained. Feels like a nice little community. Cons: - Expensive, but within reason for what you get. - Parking lot fills up at times, which means parking in front of a different unit. Not really a big deal."
