"This apartment complex as well as another known as The Montrose Apartments are run by the same Landlord, and she is beyond rude, she is a tyrant. She constantly accuses all of the tenants with false lease violations, discriminates against families and people with disabilities, and has a particular distaste for women with histories of domestic violence. She is only polite and professional in the presence of wealthy or well-known members of the community, or when confronted with legitimate plans of legal retaliation. Do not live here if Brenda Staggs is still in charge!"
