"Went to buy laminate flooring today. As we were loading the boxes I asked an employee what all we needed to install it. He showed me a kit, then I asked about what we needed to put under the laminate at this point I could tell he didn't really want to help us. He didn't offer to load or help load the 25 boxes on to the cart he just walked away. Next we went to the power tool section and even though several employees walked by us not one asked if we needed help. We decide to go pay for what we had, after we paid I asked if someone could help us load the boxes into our truck and the lady said yes someone would be out and to bring the truck up to the door. Needless to say no one came out to help us. An employee even walked by us as we were loading the truck and didn't offer to help or to go get someone to help us. Poor customer service doesn't even apply to this store....no customer service is more like it."
"This is the third time I have attempted to book an appointment to come out and measure for new carpet and tile. The first time no one answered the phone. The second time they said you will need to come into the store, but no one is here to help you now. Today I went into the store and while the flooring staff was there , their system was down and so once again they were unable to book the appointment . They said nonchalantly, " try back into two or three days. " It's as though they really don't want to sell anything at this store ."
