"I bought the Hyundai kona from your dealership and was informed that if there was any little problem, it would be covered in the warranty and I should take it into shop whenever there is any problems . A week ago I brought the vehicle in because there was something wrong with the sunroof, And There was open recalls, which needed to be addressed. I was told that the part would only take a day to get in. Unfortunately, they kept the car for a week and then called me back and informed me. The part was not in yet. I had to go back and pick up the car and then wait for them to call me back when the part came in. Finally the Part came in and I agreed to leave my car again with them overnight . During all this back and forth, they were getting me ubers to pick up my car. Yesterday when I went to call them to get the Uber. The tech apparently thought they put me on hold,But I could hear their whole conversation about how they weren't going to pay that much for an Uber. I overheard them stating it was going to be a $120. I don't know where they came to that amount. I got my own uber and it was only forty dollars."

"I've heard you can choose 2 from among fast, good, and cheap, but I didn't get any of those at Schomp Hyundai. Someone broke into my Elantra and destroyed the steering block trying to steal it. Thankfully they didn't make off with it. I made an appointment to get my car repaired Friday at noon, and didn't hear back until Wednesday afternoon. Then it took another 3 weeks to get my car back. During that time I tried to check in, but I could never get ahold of my contact person. The phone menu was a hassle to get through too. When I got my car back, there was still a dashboard light on, and the dashboard and radio backlights were too dim to see during the day. And there were some marks on the plastic like grey mud that weren't there before and needed cleaning off. I wouldn't choose to go here again given the choice."

"Overall was good but it could've been less time consuming. Diagnosing the vehicle took almost 3 days."

"Kevin was my service tech. I dropped my car off the day prior so they could start working on it first thing the next morning. My appointment was scheduled for a oil change, to provide an estimate for new electrical because my volume control went out on the steering wheel, tire rotation, and software update. I was notified after 2p that the electrical would cost $700. The previous year I was quoted $370. When I asked Kevin why it cost so much he looked dumbfounded and said the part went up in price. I don't believe him. I had another reputable company do it for $250. Works great. When it was time for me to get my car the company sent a Lyft to pick me up and the driver informed me that Arapahoe Hyundai never tips the drivers. She begged me for a tip. I get it because times are hard and the cost of living is so high. (which is also why I don't understand why it cost $700 to get fixed). When I got my car I had to consistently request all my paperwork to see what was in good shape (green), needs immediate attention (red), and what I should keep an eye on (yellow). When he finally printed it the document was in black and white. How am I supposed to read it?! Also, they don't wash cars anymore. Smh this service department has gone downhill. I won't be returning which is unfortunate because they have received my service since 2015."
