"Worst experience I’ve ever had at an auto repair shop. They never updated me on my car. I’ve ALWAYS reached out to them. My car was there for a month because of “back order” for a part. And instead of asking for my opinion on what’s the best solution, they just canceled my part order without my permission (it was just sitting in the lot for days). I basically just wasted a month with my car. Then when I was forced to pick it up, my car started to make a weird beeping noise. Good thing I pulled over down the street. It just stopped and never turned back on. I had to get it towed and take it to a dealership. My car was worse than what I started. Horrible customer service."
"Worst experience ever shop charged me $300 for a diagnostic but the truck was never looked kept my vehicle for two weeks and did not touch it once when I got my vehicle back it was dirty full or oil and they have the worst customer service ever"

"Took my vehicle here to have oxygen sensor replaced. Car is still running the same so I decided to check the oxygen sensor. But gave me a used sensor when I picked up car, which lead me to believe it's been changed. It hasn't. Make sure to check there work if you go here."
