"The guys were nice. However it took them 10 hours to move a 2br apartment. We even had to jump in and help due to how slow they were moving. When we called owner to inform him guys were moving slow taking 40-45 breaks to stretch time out he was very rude and charged us $1,522. I had exact amount moved before and it took movers only 3 hours. This was the worst experience ever and will be reporting them to BBB."

"I have used pro pack twice in the last year. Once to move some stuff into storage and then just this week to move out of storage into a new home. They have some of the best prices which is always a win. On top of that, both times the two employees they sent have been responsive, fast, and efficient. None of my furniture has any damage, not missing any boxes, and they were helpful in placing everything in the new house where we needed it. Tim (owner, I believe) is responsive to both email and phone. During this most recent move my cat got out by accident (my fault) and they even asked the next day if we had found him (we did). All in all, I will likely use these guys again for an in-state move."

"I moved back in July. It was my first time using a moving company, and went with ProPack because they were cheaper than other companies in Denver. We had arranged an 8am move, but they didn’t arrive until 8pm. After taking a day off from work and time at the hospital caring for a loved one, it was disappointing. Also, I helped unload the entire truck since since it was well passed 10pm but the time we were finished. I would have just rented my own truck and paid my friends the money to help me move, or spent a little more paying a more established and reliable company. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the two gentlemen that helped me were very nice."
