He was very thorough in explaining the process, services and timing. Even though it can be hard, Aaron also was in the ballpark with his original estimate on move time and cost. The moving team, Mike and Lynn, did a fantastic job. I was lucky to get their services. Their first job of the day ran long and they proactively communicated updated expectations for arrival. "BEWARE!! We hired Vector to pack 2 pods for a move across the country. The first one was packed with such care but the second one, packed 2 weeks after the first by the owner of Vector was a complete disaster! Heavy boxes on top of light and fragile ones. I had to ask for furniture to be wrapped with padded blankets after they had already been loaded. Our Stickley furniture still arrived damaged along with other items. See pictures. I would not recommend these guys!"
