"Despite being warned from other movers that I got quotes from, I decided to use these guys. Huge mistake! Day of move you sign and initial (First time in my life I actually listened to what I was initializing instead of reading). Your stuff is worth .60 cents per pound. The guy told me they were insured and would fix what they break. He also told me someone would be coming next day to help me with anything that broke. WRONG! They broke a brand new refrigerator (both front doors and dropped the fridge on the corner of the concrete which damaged the water system...i watched it happen), storm door, main front wood door, wood flooring (by hitting it with a hammer trying to remove a door), and even took my hammer. They cost me over $5k in damages. They said they would pay me out for the storm door, and refrigerator only, despite my contractual claim of more items. They gave me $270. What a terrible deal! Please don't use these guys! Chris will ghost you if there's a problem! I had to go to the owner in Florida for help... and that was limited! I so have unanswered emails from them. Stay away!"
