"Between Forward Air & Denver Air our deliveries always come damaged. From footprints on boxes that clearly show NO feet /fragile /or don't stack to smashed cones that say NOT to put anything on top of it... Not to mention lost orders... they are super careless & just plain disrespectful. If it says "Don't step" on the box, DONT leave your shoe prints on the freakin' box! So rude & careless! & Why ship a fragile TV glass piece, flat & wide on a huge pallet & make it the base, to which they load everything else on pallets, on top of. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to think "hey maybe we should stand it up vertically- it takes up less space, has less chance of breaking & people won't be able to walk all over it! " Hmmm imagine that! !!"

"Arrived at this place at 05:30;06:45,a gentleman opened the gate and let me in and assigned me to a dock to back in,after an hour ,they were finished,I asked to park to rest for few hours and that same gentleman approved,very Kind and Considerate person,Thank you and God Bless!!!"

Other than that ppl were very nice, plenty of room, I used 2nd entrance so I don’t have to do a blind back up. Bathroom inside. Appointment 1400, arrived 1110, docked 1115, loading 1215, departed 1500."
