"I would give them 10 stars if I could! We moved from the Front Range to Grand Junction. We couldn't make a trip out to see the rental, so Stephanie called us via FaceTime and showed us the property. We had a nice welcome bag waiting for us when we arrived. Stephanie and Cindy have been very helpful and even helped us find a house to buy. When we got to the new house, Cindy had sent in a cleaning crew to clean the new place for us and Stephanie had all the locks changed for us. I would recommend High Desert to anyone wanting to buy or rent."

"Cindy Dickey met me to show me a rental townhome near Tiara Rado. She acted better than me the entire time, was aloof in conversation, and acted like she couldn't care less whether I was interested in the property. I mentioned that a toilet seat had severe staining in the one of the bathrooms and she said that there's no way she would change it. While property management companies in Grand Junction are awful in general, Cindy iced the cake with this encounter. I wouldn't rent from them and I wouldn't put a property in their care. The property I inquired about is shockingly still up for rent today and has been available for almost five weeks, per Zillow."
