They do periodic inspections and communicate everything to me. They ensure that AC filters are changed and have unique tenant appreciation measures to keep great relationships with the occupants. I even had a check in call for over an hour with the owner and he opened my eyes to a few ideas I hadn't considered to make sure I am meeting my goals for my property."
