"The property has nice green grass and is mowed once a month. Tons of tree's! Manager is not here for more than 7 hours a week and all in the early am! You call him and he doesn't call you back! The only time you can find him is when YOU are having trouble with your rent! If you need something that is broke or not working fixed it takes awhile to even hear from him!"
