"The manager was very nice when I was checking in. The room was very dirty and needed to be "CLEANED". There were piles of dirt and hair in all of the corners, the tub floor was slimy, the toilet lid was about to fall off and the rest of the floor was sticky and greasy in several spots. Lastly, the sheet was paper thin and the blanket felt like sandpaper. Our room needed a deep cleaning, some new paint on the walls and a cover put on the bathroom light. We wouldn't go back."

"I would not stay here again. The facility was old and deteriorated. No elevator so we had to lug our luggage up to the second floor. The front desk staff was less than pleasant. Security was questionable. Although the location served our purposes we were more than happy to leave early and head for Grand Canyon."

"Great room for 1 night. No complaints you get what you get for the price. Service was great receptionists/ owners were very welcoming and kind."

"Found room to be in need of attention, old and needing repairs. Toilet seat broken, shower rod coming down and generally showing lack of cleaning and repair. For the most part just need to sleep from the long drive and did not get the room because it was a cool place to stay. Went to the Dennys across the road for dinner and found the worst one I have ever seen. Just came back to the room and crashed. At midnight woke up to use the bathroom and when lights were turned on saw bedbugs on the other bed in the room. Pulled out the bed and found under it was a gross mess and more bug issues. Thank God that we had not brought in our stuff from the car. Just got out, reported the issue to the manager and got a refund. Looking on Google this location has many reports of issues and there are no real response from the management or corporate administration that show anything is being done. My advice is to vote with your $$$ and vote No to this place. Will be reporting to the Health department and corporate the conditions and hope that this will bring change but not holding my breath. Real change will come from you not giving them your money."

"Service was great. The girl at the front desk was really nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. Plus we got breakfast. Oh and it's conveniently close to Walmart, Walgreen, and a bunch of places to eat."
