"This was a great place for me to stay. My dog had a blast with a lot of dogs in a HUGE dog park. The campground was very quiet and had lots of space. It was really clean and nicely landscaped. I did not use the dishwashing station nor the laundry, but thought that was really nice for guests. I would definitely stay here again!"
"I stayed at this campground waiting out a High Wind day before continuing my trip. This campground is great! I thought with the lower price it wouldn't be very nice but I was wrong. The gentleman who checked me in was really nice and helpful. The sites were level and enough space to not feel cramped. They were buddy sites. The bathroom was very clean and well lit. There was a nice hiking trail near a small lake. They also have a nice gift shop. I had good cell service and was able to use my mobile hotspot without any problems. (I didn't try the campground's wifi) I would stay here again if I am in the area."
"This is THE place to stay - wonderful personal service, all the amenities you could think of. Had a game room for the family, great showers/laundry open all the time, and best of all, wide open spaces that felt like we had our own little corner of nature all to ourselves. Daniel the manager made us feel right at home and took care of every possible need; answered questions about the rest of our journey too. What a wonderful experience, not to be missed !"
"We really enjoyed our two nights at Cortez. We do have a larger RV with 4 slides and the site was pretty tight. So tight that we could not open up our slide all the way due to a post that was there. Loved the pool area and spent some time at the dog park w our dogs."
