"I write maybe two 5 stars a year or less, but I was just so excited about my experience with PMS that I couldn't resist a go. My families' life is one of travel, hence no family doctor. After one lame experience here in town with the regional hospital (See my review) I contacted the "poor mans clinic" here in Farmington. I made and appointment and in the process asked what the average wait times looked like? The staff responded with "about 15 minutes". Arrived and was ushered into the exam room within 15 minutes. Since I was there for a medication review my FNP (Family Nurse Practioner) Mila Mirdo went right to work and even suggested a few modifications to my meds. Let me share a little secret with you, Medically trained staff are in really high demand and these clinic staff could go anywhere and make REAL money, but some people are really about the care of patients and that's what I want in my health care. PMS takes all kinds of insurance, but also have a sliding fee scale based on income. A diabetes med I take costs anywhere from $480.00 and month to $900.00 but the pharmacy at PMS charged me $10.00! (a literal life saver) because of the sliding scale. I was sent home with a small packet of information related to my visit and was even escorted to the door by my FNP, how's that for quality treatment? PMS's has an average of 3.7-3.8 here on Google and after reviewing the comments I see most of the issues relate to waiting time, truth is I don't have a big issue with waiting because I want the staff to take their time with me if I need it. (Hint call shortly before your appointment and ask if they need you to adjust your appointment time) The other negatives were people leaving1 star but no comments, a real pet peeve for me. If you had an issue tell us all about it, don't be lazy. Nobody gets better without a honest review. Keep up the great work PMS! Jeff L-8 Google Guide"

"The wait time here is ridiculous. We waited for 2 hours and we still weren't seen. We just left."
"Worse place when it comes to waiting time. You have an appointment and still ain't even seen for hour or more. But if your late they reschedule you always. About to change doctor...so over this place.."
