"I ordered a sandwich combo along with 3 others meals when we got our order two of the sandwiches where wrong. It took them three attempts to try and get my sandwich right, they told me that I didn't know what I ordered even though it was printed on the receipt exactly how I wanted it. I asked to see the manager and I was told that she was unavailable. We were the only customers in the building and I could see the manager texting on her phone. I do not recommend this food chain to anyone."

"I love the food here but it’s not worth it with their rude service and prices. 11$ for a cup of soup and a cinnamon roll??"

"The food was very good but the people working were not very friendly at all, they acted like we shouldn't be there because it was about an hour before they closed for the night. Which made me and my family feel a little uncomfortable"

"Be cautious before you eat that this place. I ordered a deluxe original sandwich and proceeded to eat most of it before I noticed a strand of white/ brown hair baked into to bread. If they don't take care in bread making then there's no telling what else they are unsanitary about."

"Schlotzsky's is a nice alternative to other national chain sandwich shops. This location is conveniently located next to one of the larger grocery stores in farmington. I really like the unique take on round sandwiches instead of defaulting to copying the sub sandwich format. Be warned that the large is monstrous in size! This location does a lot of drive-through business currently but we chose to dine in. The dining room is small but the staff did a good job with service. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained."
