"On a long trip with twin 6 y/o's. Told 10-13 min for 2 large pizzas. 40 min later, we get the food to a chorus of 'sorry' and ''have a great evening.' No comp. If you know you are busy, say so. Saying, "i didn't know there were so many people in front of you' screams either not giving a damn or incompetence. The pizza was mediocre and rather pricey. Overall experience led to an extra 30 min travel time for no reason. I'm now done with Dominoes. There are much better options."
