"If you are having problems with your laptop this is the place to go. I have gone through 4 laptops over the years. Most of the time, the hard drive has gone out. I bought a drive @ this store, but they will scan your laptop to see if it's under warranty. They always do replace it and get it back up & running. Last time, the girl who does repairs backed up all of my data so I didn't have to start all over. However it is $75 an hour for labor -- it usually takes more than a few days to get it back. Other than that, great customer service!"

"I was building my first custom pc. My luck I got a faulty part from the manufacturer. It took me 2 days of troubleshooting before I finely threw in the towel. I went to Smart and they were so helpful. I had multiple techs inspecting it, giving advice and making my experience so amazing.
