"So far my experience with this company hasn’t been good. I live in an apartment and I’ve been having an issue with my refrigerator for nearly a month now. I put in a maintenance request through my property manager on December 14th or so and they passed it on to Fleck’s. They kept promising to call, promising to call, promising to call… and of course never did. In fact I didn’t hear anything from them until I decided to call them directly and finally they promised to come by today and take a look at it. I get home, open my fridge and still the same problem. And there was no indication that anyone came by at all from Fleck’s. This is ridiculous and frankly it doesn’t speak well of Fleck’s customer service or their ability to handle issues in an expeditious manner! EDIT (01/10/2022): After weeks of going back and forth between my property manager’s office and the front desk at Fleck’s, I was finally contacted by Terry earlier today, who told me that he’d be able to get it done either tonight or Wednesday. By the time I got home from work, I noticed that the light was working so he must’ve gotten to it shortly after we spoke on the phone. While I still stand by what I said in my original review, I do want to acknowledge Terry and his quick and professional response in dealing with this matter! Thank you sir!"
