"Good selection of merchandise. But could do alot better in the customer service category. I have bought a couple guns from them. The first one I had issues with trying to find. They told me to order it from their warehouse. I did that. They called and told me they got it in. I did the paperwork and showed my ID as well as my concealed carry permit. They DO NOT honor it at Dunham's. Had to wait a couple days for them to go through their corporate BS. Went to pick the gun up and they lost the gun lock. Ended up being late back to work for "a quick pickup". Second gun purchase they had in stock. Did all the paperwork and got the approval but again held it for some reason other than the background check. I Want another gun they have but I will pay more elsewhere to get it the same day."
