"Good selection, I picked up two shirts there and really liked them however, was very displeased with Chris a young lady hat fixed a felt hat I brought in and it looked really good but by time I got there it had sagged a little in the side and I asked if they could just fix that a little more. The hat looked darn near perfect except for this side. Chris takes it to the steamer and messed up the side worse and now the back looks terrible this is the second time that Chris has touched one of my hats and looks almost worse than how I took it in very disappointed in the shape he left it in and as I was leaving I asked if he had anything to keep the sides stuff and thought he would reshape it and spray the stiffener he sold me on it but I he just said that should help. The pictures I have have is 10 minutes after I left the store."
